How It Works

Booking services and buying accessories through Minutes is quite simple.

You have to follow these simple steps and start booking your favorite products and services.

1. First, you need to visit www.minutes.co.ae and click on the Book Services Button present on the page.

   

2. Select the service you like to book or select the service category required in order to proceed further.

   

3. Fill in the required details and add your Product or Service in the shopping cart.

   
   • You can ADD multiple services to your Minutes Shopping Cart.
   • A charge of AED 25 for inspection and AED 10 for delivery and freight will be added on.

4. If you want to buy accessories, then click on the Shop Button present on the page.

   

5. Choose your desired Product Category.

   

6. Choose your Desired Product and add to the Minutes Shopping Cart.

   

7. Proceed further by Registering and Checking-Out.

   
   • New customers are required to register their personal information and proceed towards the check-out page.
   • Existing Users details will already be saved on the Minutes site, and they will be required to just log in and proceed to the Minutes Checkout Page.

8. Pick Up Pages requirements – Customer must mention the following details;

   • Pickup and Delivery Address

     

   • Pickup Date (For Minutes Services)

     

   • Pickup Time-Slot – Minutes presents two-time slots from which customers can choose for, a) 10.30-2.30PM and b) 3.30-6.30PM – Only Available for Services

     

9. Payment Processing – All Payments will be made online — no Cash on Delivery and Card on Delivery Options Available.
